Same-Day Kratom Shipping: Order Before 2 PM Eastern Time
If you place an order before 2 PM Eastern Time Monday-Thursday, your order will ship the same day. Delivery times typically range from 1-3 days depending on your location. Customers near Florida or the Florida/Georgia border may receive their order the following day. For bulk wholesale orders, shipping may take 3-5 days to arrive once shipped.
eCheck Payments and Processing Time
If you choose to pay for your first order with us via eCheck, the payment process may take up to 5 working days. Once cleared, your products will ship promptly. After your first successful transaction, future orders placed before 2 PM Eastern Time will ship the same day.
To ensure smooth processing and delivery of your orders, we take extra security measures on your first eCheck payment to prevent fraudulent activity. For faster future orders, please use the same email address and banking details for subsequent purchases.
USPS: COD, Delivery, or Pickup Orders
We offer kratom free shipping through USPS for eligible orders! Our shipping labels and packaging are completely discreet and do not mention kratom—only our business name will appear. For USPS cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, simply leave a note during checkout if you prefer to collect your package from your local USPS site. Your courier will hold the package at the facility for pickup, or you may arrange a re-delivery attempt.
For USPS COD deliveries, your courier will attempt re-delivery up to three times. If you request to pick it up from the local facility, it will be held for up to 15 days. Unsuccessful deliveries or collections may result in the package being returned to us. If this happens, you will be eligible for a refund, though we reserve the right to retain the shipping fee for returned items due to incorrect shipping addresses or refusals.

USPS shipping is FREE with all payment methods. However, FedEx shipping is not free at this time.

Is my kratom shipment discreet?

There is no mention of “kratom” on the outside of the package.
The shipping label only displays our business name, which has no reference to kratom. -
What types of packages do you use for shipping?

We use different packaging based on the weight of your order:
Large Manilla Envelopes: Orders 250g or under (shipped via USPS First Class).
USPS Flat Rate Envelopes/Boxes: Orders between 251g and 5kg.
Brown Boxes: Orders 6kg or more, made from recycled material. -
What happens if my COD order isn’t delivered?

COD orders will be attempted three times and held for 15 days before being returned to us.
If your order is returned due to an insufficient address or accidental refusal, we may charge for shipping or refund the order minus the shipping cost.

What if I can’t be home to receive my COD package?

For FedEx COD orders: Call your nearest FedEx facility and request to have the order held for pickup. Most facilities are happy to accommodate this request.
For USPS COD orders: Leave a note in the checkout’s notes section, and we’ll mark “Hold for Pickup” on the COD ticket.

Shipping Schedule Guide
Same-Day Shipping Guidelines
Orders placed before 2 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, will ship the same-day.
The only exclusion for this rule would be first time eCheck orders and potentially first time COD orders, or any order that we deem to be “suspicious.” This could be eCheck orders that increase in size out of nowhere and pay for overnight, or FedEx 2-day shipping.
If that is not your normal order, we reserve the right to hold it until the eCheck clears. This does not mean we will, but we reserve the right to do so.
Orders After 2 PM and Holiday Shipping
If you order after 2 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, your order will ship the following non federal holiday business day.
This means if you order on a Friday after 2 PM Eastern Time, your order will not ship until Monday, or if Monday is a federal holiday, then Tuesday (or the next business day where banks are not closed). Any holiday where the bank is closed, USPS is also closed.
The only exception to this would be FedEx, as there are many days where FedEx is still open even if the banks are closed.
First-Time eCheck Orders
First time eCheck orders are held for 5 business days no matter what.
After the first order is successfully deposited and shipped, future orders will ship the same day. If your order increases in size out of nowhere, we may ship half of the order same-day, but the other half will be held for 5 business days; however, we reserve the right to hold the entire order for 5 business days.
Please communicate with us if your order is going to change in size and you have not built a history of eChecks with us over time.

Shipping Schedule:
We do not currently ship on Saturday or Sunday at this time. This can change in the future, but as of January 2025, packages are being shipped Monday through Friday.

Packaging and Shipping Methods:
Orders are shipped in different packaging depending on the total cost of the order and size of the order.
Smaller orders are shipped in smaller cardboard boxes via USPS First Class with Tracking, while medium sized orders (500g to 5kg) are shipped with USPS Priority Flat Rate packages.
Larger orders are shipped either FedEx Ground or USPS Priority inside of a brown cardboard box. If you specifically choose FedEx shipping at checkout, then your order will be shipped via FedEx.
Otherwise, we will choose the shipping we decide to use based on cost.

Discreet Packaging:
The outside of the package does not say anything about Kratom, nor does it have EZ Kratom on the outside. The shipping label also does not say anything about EZ Kratom on the outside.

COD Shipping Details:
USPS is the only service allowing COD shipments at this time. FedEx no longer allows them. USPS will attempt to deliver your package 2 to 3 times before it is held at your local post office, or sent back to us. If your package is sent back to us, we will have to charge you for the shipping costs that we paid for the original package + any new shipping costs associated with the second shipment.

Returned Packages and Address Issues:
Same as above, if your package returns to us due to insufficient address, or a number of other reasons, we may have to charge for the additional shipping costs incurred on the package. If 2 or more packages are returned to us due to shipping address errors, or because your local driver continues to make mistakes, then we will ask you to find another address to ship it to, or to speak with your local USPS to get it sorted out. We cannot continue shipping to an address that does not get delivered properly, as we do not get paid back for the shipping costs if it is returned to us.
