Shipping Information:
Our kratom pallets are shipped using reliable methods, ensuring they arrive at your location on time and in perfect condition. If you do not have a loading dock, or forklift, EZK specifically uses trucking companies that offer “Liftgate Service”. This service costs a fee, but it allows the customer to load/unload their pallet(s) with a simple pallet jack. However, if you are going to be receiving regular pallet shipments, we recommend investing into a forklift, as the “liftgate service” fee will eventually outweigh the cost of a forklift.

How are kratom pallets shipped?

Our pallets are securely wrapped from top to bottom with a plastic film material to help keep them upright and from following over. Each pallet is stacked no more than 5’ high in order to maintain stability throughout the shipment process. As mentioned above, these pallets are shipped using freight trucks. We only ship via trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery.

All of our Kratom powder is sourced directly from Indonesia with a handful of farmers that we have used since 2016/2017. These farmers were around before the monopolies that have started to form over in Indonesia. We have built relationships with these farmers over the years and they have consistently provided some of the highest quality Kratom we have seen.
